Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe comes from a multicultural family. She was born in South London. Both her parents are both English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was 14 years old. She graduated with a BA in acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She appeared on stage in numerous productions during her time at school including King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her acting career with the movie Storm Damage. In the years since, she's made guest appearances on Teachers, Doctors, Casualty, and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was Woody Allen's 2007 Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Her success resulted in her being cast as Elisha as a one-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot. She then appeared in six episodes Trexx and Flipside playing the character of Ollie. Madekwe played Bambi in The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the 2008 comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. Her credits in theatre comprise Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams and Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe made her debut in the US with The Beautiful Life. The drama show aired at The CW for only two episodes, before it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe's exit from the series was confirmed in May 2013. After two years as the main character she was a guest in the opening episode of season three. From 2014 to the year 2016, she appeared on Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. In addition to Secret Diary of a Call Girl They have also collaborated together on Salem and Iddo Goldberg had an appearance with her on that show.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a huge family from Hamilton, Ontario. The four brothers she had were present as well and included twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley's brothers, who were each of them extremely physically active, were all playing hockey during the winter months and played baseball in the summers, meaning that she grew up playing in baseball and arenas. Ashley could never walk, but she danced. As she was two and a half, she began Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley was addicted to dance since that time. Until she graduated from high school, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in tap, jazz, ballet and pointe as well as acrobatics, lyrical, musical theatre and hip-hop. She was crowned the top soloist awards at all of the most prestigious dance competitions like, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance to name a few.
